PAINT WITH YOUR FEET

The most avid runners of the world are definitely waiting for them and the countdown is almost finished.

Next summer will be available the new Free Run+ 2, the flagship of Nike's Sport research Lab and Innovation Kitchen collaboration. For this occasion Nike created Nike Free Run+2 City Pack honoring five cities which are closer to this activity and identified each one with as many colors. Deep Burgundy represents China, Pine Green captures Rio de Janeiro's grit and flair, Anthracite's starkness is quintessentially New Your, Black channels Tokyo street style, while London's version in gentlemanly Khaki. Who are looking for more technical informations can check them here. Those who, like me, prefer the contest for "The faster fork", can still appreciate the parallel project developed by YesYesNo and DualForces. The team developed software used last 18th and 19th of April during a workshop. It was the occasion to invite some special testimonials who had to test Nike Free Run+2 with SportWatch GPS.  The software tracks the route taken by runners and processes it according to distance and speed. The output is an high-resolution track, like a contemporary artwork! Runners could print their track and bring them home. They were also printed on the shoe boxes to create customize City Pack. Who tought I was ust talking about shoes?
