QUASI CINEMA

Il progetto di Lucas Simoes non si può definire cinema, ma neanche semplice fotografia. E' una terra di mezzo, per la quale il nome di Quasi Cinema pare adattissimo. 

The project of Lucas Simoes can't be definied strictly cinema, but it's not simply photography. It's a middle gound, for which the name of Quasi Cinema seems very suitable.

Nessuno sa resistere davanti a un buco.... sia esso l'ingresso del Paese delle Meraviglie oppure quello di una stazione della Dharma. 

No one can resist in front of a hole... it might be the entrance of the Wonderland or that of a Dharma station.

BACK TO BASICS

Io vi  sfido pubblicamente a non sorridere guardando queste foto e a non ricordare con nostalgia gli anni 80 e 90.

I openly challenge you not to smile looking at these photos and not to remember with nostalgia the eighties and nineties.

Ogni giorno ci sono un'infinita di piccole cose che ci rendono felici. Spesso neanche ce ne accorgiamo, le percepiamo per un attimo e subito ce ne dimentichiamo, oppure le facciamo abitualmente e non hanno più valore.
